All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FrightOutfits purchase. If your costume isn’t the perfect fit for your themed event, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to find the right solution.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Costume Jewelry (due to intimate nature and hygiene concerns)
- Accessories that have been opened or removed from packaging
- Customized or altered costumes
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
The Return Process: Step by Step
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, complete our Return Request Form below and email it to [email protected]
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our costume enthusiasts team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, include all tags, and place the Return Authorization Number visibly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our New York address using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The timing of when you’ll see the refund depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new items.

Defective or Damaged Items
Received a damaged or defective costume? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
